Thoughts on LA Food trucks?

One of the hottest businesses to emerge recently are providing locals in LA with their 2am after hours food fix. I’m talking about FOOD TRUCKS! While I must admit I was slightly hesitant to try it, seeing a parked food truck at lunch time on almost every major corner in LA sparked my curiosity. With a recommendation to give it the go ahead from a trusted source I found myself standing in line at a taco truck. So I guess it was a misconception on my part that food trucks served fast food? I kinda wished I kept walking by seeing the wait was taking longer than expected. I stuck it out and found myself pleasantly surprise. I think for next time though, I will save the food truck grub for after 2am.
